Seated Mobility Exercises
This is a short video showing seated exercises for those of you who are less mobile. The exercise are to help promote joint movement and mobility whilst also warming up your musccles and loosening up your joints. This sholud help to make going about your daily tasks much easier with less aches and pains.
I would suggest performing each exercise for around 30 seconds or 10 repetitions of each exercise 1 to 3 times a day. The whole session should only take you around 10 minutes to perform. These numbers are not set in stone so just try your best and perform the exercises to your best abilility, the important thing is to keep your body moving.
